Heike Rapp is employed as a secretary at the University Dortmund, Artificial Intelligence Group since the founding of the group in 1991. Also in the past she was employed in an office at the UDO and so she learned a lot about this kind of job. She is not only the contact person for assistants and members of the group, she is also a huge help for visitors and students.
