Logistic regression:  mailing to ?? customers would reach an estimated ?? potential policy buyers; the resulting model is not very comprehensible Neural network: predicts well: mailing to 1838 (of 4000) would reach an estimated 192 potential policy buyers; the network is not comprehensible Decision tree: predicts a bit less: mailing to 1637 (of 4000) would reach an estimated 176 potential policy holders; the result is very comprehensible   The results for characterisation: Decision tree: simple but very comprehensible
